Why does the checkout mention cryptocurrency if I’m paying with a card?
Because this flow is designed for you to buy cryptocurrency using your card (or Apple Pay / PayPal / similar options the provider supports). The payment company processes a card-funded crypto purchase on their side—that’s the normal path for this checkout.
You are not asked to use your own wallet app, paste a deposit address, or send coins manually like our separate “manual crypto” option. The provider handles the crypto purchase step in their secure page after you approve the payment.
In short: you pay with familiar card/app methods; the provider completes the crypto part of the transaction so your Premium can be confirmed.
Is it safe to enter my card or payment details?
Yes. When you continue, you are taken to a secure checkout operated by a licensed payment provider—not on our servers. The page uses standard encryption (HTTPS), and your card and billing details are collected and protected under that provider’s security and compliance rules.
StreamEast does not receive or access your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive card data from that flow, and we do not see the payment form the way the provider does. We also do not store those details—because they never pass through our systems in a form we could keep.
Processing is handled by established, large-scale payment companies (card networks, banks, and checkout partners) that specialize in online payments worldwide.
Why am I taken to a different website?
Card and wallet payments are processed by a third-party payment company that operates checkout in your region. That company shows you available payment options (card, Apple Pay, PayPal, bank methods, etc.) and completes the payment.
After payment succeeds, your Premium access is updated automatically—you can return to StreamEast or check your email for confirmation.
What payment methods might I see?

Will I be charged extra fees?

If I pay with my card or wallet (Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.), will it show as “StreamEast” on my statement?
No. Your card or wallet is charged on the licensed payment provider’s secure page—not directly by us. StreamEast does not appear on your bank or card statement as the merchant or line-item name; you will see the payment provider, a partner, or a neutral billing descriptor instead.
The exact wording depends on your bank, method, and country—check the transaction in your banking app after payment.
Why is the amount slightly different from what I saw before paying?
Small differences are still possible because your bank or wallet may settle in another currency and apply its own exchange rate at payment time, and your card issuer may add foreign transaction or cross-border fees. Some banks also round amounts differently on the statement.
StreamEast covers the payment processing commissions on our side—you are not charged an extra “platform fee” from us for using card checkout. Any difference you still see usually comes from currency conversion or bank fees outside our control.
The licensed checkout provider may show a final total that includes taxes, fees, or rounding required in your region before you confirm. Always check the final amount on the provider’s payment page before you approve the charge—that is the amount your bank will process.

When does my membership expire?

Premium is tied to your account, not a single device. You can log in and stream on multiple devices — we don't restrict browser sessions.
